The customers of this project are a young family with a child. They were bored with colorful interiors, so their main wish was a minimum of color, cabinet furniture and no bright details. They wanted their new interior to not lose its relevance even over time.

We defined three zones – masters ’s area, children area and, as a link between them, living room with kitchen and dining table. In the master area we placed a bedroom, wardrobe, a bathroom and a separated terrace, while in the children area – 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a laundry.

Monochrome palette moves smoothly from one room to another. Floor is covered with stone-like tiles and the walls have painted finishes. Contrasting elements in lighting, furniture and fabric, as well as muted terracotta accents, set the rhythm of the space and make the interior look more vivid.

Special features

ОOne of the most catching things is a clear symmetric space of the kitchen without top cabinets. It is visually separated from the leisure area by a massive and stylish kitchen island in the very centre.

In order not to clutter space, the cabinets were stored in a special pantry. All other household appliances like fridge, coffee machine are located in a niche.

Built-in plaster spotlights, which provide basic lighting, look as if pushed into the plane – which is a simple, but attractive solution.
